Delivery Service
  • We use DPD Local & Royal Mail for our small/medium item (this includes car seats, pushchairs and accessories) delivery service which is tracked & signed and also provides a 1 hour time slot + delivery updates by SMS or email.
  • We do offer Saturday and Sunday deliveries on most items at an extra charge, if you’d like to upgrade to a Saturday or Sunday service please email our helpful team
  • For our Larger items such as nursery furniture sets, nursing chairs or cot beds, we may use a specialist heavy goods courier or pallet delivery which may not offer a one hour time slot but will still aim to provide you with your delivery date.
  • Direct Delivery - many of our brands offer a direct delivery, which enables the brand to send directly from their warehouse to your door, reducing emissions and speeding up delivery times where possible and provide our customers with the best service possible, our delivered direct items may have their own delivery updates and time scales which we aim to provide accurately on the product page but can differ.
Delivery Cost
  • We offer Free UK Mainland delivery over £99, under this amount a standard delivery fee will be charged of £3.95.
  • We do offer Saturday and Sunday deliveries on most items at an extra charge, if you’d like to upgrade to a Saturday or Sunday service please email our helpful team
  • Delivery outside of the UK mainland will be priced per order depending on the item involved and the destination of delivery, please email our helpful team on for a delivery quote to UK territories & islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and all European countries.
Dispatch Process
  • We aim to dispatch all in stock orders the same working day that are ordered before 3pm Monday-Friday.
  • Items that show a delivery timescale are our estimated time for the item to arrive with you, this means the item once ordered will be arriving with our warehouse shortly from our suppliers and dispatched to you the day it arrives with us. If any delays occur which affect your estimated delivery time our customer service team will be in contact as soon as we can with an update.
  • Once your order has been shipped you’ll be notified by email that your order is on its way which are followed by further updates from the courier service your item is using.
Delivery T+C’s
  • If you miss a delivery numerous times and the delivery company return the item to us you may be charged a second shipment fee at a flat rate of £8 per box or if the delivery was palleted you will be charged the palleted rate of delivery.
  • If a box arrives damaged, you must sign for the consignment as damaged to ensure you're eligible to make a claim if any items inside have resulted in damage themselves.
  • If you place an order from outside of the UK mainland and the delivery has been booked in, we may use a range of different 3rd party couriers to get your parcel to you at the most cost effective price.
  • We’re trying to do our part to reduce emissions and our carbon footprint, therefore an order placed with multiple items on different delivery timescales will all be sent once your longest waiting item has arrived with us, if you require split shipping to receive available items sooner please email our friendly team on (this may incur an extra delivery charge).
